Nillah is a power pop institution in their hometown of Atlanta. The quartet, noted for bass player Elisabeth Eickhoff's lush vocals, has been riveting critics and audiences alike since 1999 with its unapologetic, unadulterated brand of hook-laden, catchy songs.

Nillah's beginnings trace back to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where music outcasts Eickhoff and Greg Gentry first met. The pair recruited Pete Knapp on guitar, relocated to Atlanta, and released two highly-acclaimed records on Shut Eye Records (1999's Heart Attack Special and 2002's The Power of Pop), garnering along the way a string of accolades and accomplishments that included appearances at CMJ Music Marathon and Atlanta Music Midtown, slots on programs on MTV and ABC, the cover of Southeast Performer magazine, and both commercial and college radio appeal.

Nillah recently signed with Two Sheds Music to release its latest offering, The Sun Show featuring Juston Sonfield and Jeff Dehner. The Sun Show continues Nillah's focus on accessible pop songs, but adds a harder edge and broader sonic palette than demonstrated on its previous recordings. These new musical dimensions were fully realized through the band's collaboration with producers Armand John Petri (Goo-Goo Dolls, 10,000 Maniacs, Sixpence None the Richer) and James Majors (Outkast).
